• I got my new slip-ons the other day for my 2010 FXSTC. Easy install, loved them from the fist minute I opened the box. Started the bike and my wife said, "Loud, ain't they?" So I installed the mid rumble baffles I ordered too, much better...for her anyway. Absolutely love the fact it takes about 2 minutes to put the baffles in or take them out if riding alone. I've been a jet engine mechanic for over 30 years. I know noise, and these things rock!!

• Thank you for building such a wonderful product. You all have done a marvelous job with the slip-ons for my 2009 Street Glide HD bike. As you said on the phone and on your website, there's nothing to it when changing the mufflers. It took me all of about 30 minutes with my wife sitting on the bike to keep it up right while I changed the mufflers. Once I changed them out, I slipped the OEM mufflers into the shipping box, went down to the UPS store, and sent them back to you.

  I also wish to let you know that I have shown these pipes off to some of my friends who have HD's. They all requested your website address. They're considering purchasing these slip on mufflers for their bikes.

• I just want to say that I'm real pleased with the pipe mods. The trip went well last weekend and the mid level is working ideally for me as far as sound and power. I programmed the power commander fuel map for 2" baffled rush mufflers. It works perfectly with the mid-level short baffles.

• I received the replacement American Custom Mufflers for my 2009 Road King Classic. I'm very pleased with your product. I like the sound without the baffle best, but also like the versatility these mufflers offer, enabling me to install the medium baffles to tone down the mufflers if I want.

  You guys did everything you promised and I am very pleased with your product, customer service and the sound of the mufflers. • I just thought I'd send you an email about the pipes you did for my 2007 Softail Heritage. I just got done putting on the pipes, two new tires, an Amsoil free flow air cleaner, and the Nightrider XIED's on the two O2 sensors that will richen the bike up.

  The exhaust sounds great with and without the mid-range baffles. It's not an offending sound. A friend of mine has drag pipes on an older HD and they offend.

  I'm going to run the bike with and without the midrange baffles and see if I can find any difference in performance - mainly regarding fuel MPG, and engine pinging (which the XIED's are supposed to stop). Just the pipes alone should reduce heat.

  I'll recommend AC to other bikers. I'm sure I will be asked: "Why do your stock pipes sound so smooth? Where can I get that great sound?"
